Ghazanfar Langah ACA FCCA is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Accountant and the director of MMTI.  He started his career in accountancy back in 2007 and worked with accountancy and tax advisory practices across London.

He possesses a real dedication to continuing professional development, and keeps abreast with developments in this discipline as and when they occur that thus ensures his clients are provided with accurate information to offer clients the most up detail on tax related matters. Ghaz has extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with service charge accounting, owner-managed businesses, that includes their tax planning and compliance issues.

Sadia nurtured a deep passion for real estate from an early age and has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the property market.

She began her real estate journey by joining a renowned estate agency specialising in prime central London properties, where she gained valuable experience and insight into the property market.

Over the years, Sadia has developed a strong understanding of the mortgage, property, and investment landscape. Her research-driven approach and practical knowledge enable her to guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity and confidence – ensuring they understand their options and make well-informed decisions.

Recently, Sadia achieved her CeMAP qualification, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to helping clients achieve their property and financial goals. She provides professional support throughout the mortgage journey, offering trusted insights tailored to each client’s circumstances.
